Please review these terms carefully prior to registering an account, publishing content, or launching an enterprise profile.

1. Acceptance of Terms & Eligibility

Postorie operates as an international publishing platform and professional authority network. To access or use Postorie, you must be at least 18 years of age or possess formal parental/guardian consent. By creating an account via Google OAuth or Email verification, you warrant that all submitted details are accurate, lawful, and authentic.

2. Account Security & Identity Protection

You are solely responsible for safeguarding the credentials and security tokens associated with your account. Postorie incorporates state-of-the-art cryptographic sessions and nonces, but you agree to notify us immediately of any suspected breach or unauthorized access. We retain the right to suspend or terminate any account that jeopardizes platform integrity.

3. User-Generated Content & Publishing Standards

Postorie enables creators, thought leaders, and enterprises to publish articles, case studies, corporate profiles, commercial products, services, and property listings. You retain full copyright over your original content. By publishing on Postorie, you grant us a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, cache, index, and display your material across our network.

Prohibited Content & Behavior:

• Fake Listings & Scams: Fraudulent real estate, phantom job offers, phishing schemes, or misleading financial operations.
• Spam & Link Farms: Excessive automated keyword stuffing, deceptive backlink farms, or malicious URL redirects.
• Unlawful Material: Hate speech, harassment, sexually explicit content, or infringement of third-party intellectual property.
• Scraped Plagiarism: Unauthorized bulk duplication of copyrighted editorial content.

4. Advertising, Monetization & AdSense Compliance

To adhere strictly to Google AdSense and global programmatic advertising network policies, all content pages undergo automated quality screening. Postorie reserves the right to position standard non-intrusive advertisements adjacent to published stories. Any attempt to artificially inflate impressions, generate invalid clicks, or bypass ad security filters will result in permanent network expulsion.

5. Global Privacy & Data Protection (GDPR / CCPA)

Postorie complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the UK Data Protection Act, and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). Users maintain sovereign rights over their data, including the right to request full data export or permanent account erasure through profile settings or via our compliance desk.

6. Limitation of Liability

Postorie is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” foundation. While we maintain 99.9% uptime architecture and automated backups, we make no express warranties regarding third-party search engine indexation speeds or absolute data continuity. Postorie is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from commercial negotiations between members.

7. Modifications to these Terms

We reserve the right to refine these Terms of Service periodically to reflect platform expansions and legislative updates. Continued engagement with Postorie following updates constitutes binding acceptance of the revised terms.
