1. Acceptance of Terms & Eligibility

Postorie is operated as a global B2B publishing and professional authority platform. To use Postorie, you must be at least 18 years of age or possess legal parental/guardian consent. By registering via Google OAuth or Email authentication, you warrant that all information provided is accurate and truthful.

2. User Accounts & Security

You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and session tokens. Postorie utilizes secure authentication mechanisms, but you agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate platform security or integrity.

3. User-Generated Content (UGC) & Publishing Standards

Postorie enables members to publish blogs, case studies, company portfolios, product listings, and job postings. By publishing content on Postorie, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, index, display, and distribute your content across search engines and our network.

You retain full ownership of your intellectual property, but you strictly agree NOT to publish:

• Fake Jobs & Scams: Fraudulent employment offers, phishing links, or multi-level marketing (MLM) schemes.
• Spam & Malicious Links: Unsolicited commercial promotions, automated keyword-stuffing dumps, or links leading to malware.
• Prohibited Content: Hate speech, adult material, illegal products, harassment, or violations of third-party intellectual property.
• Unverified Plagiarism: Copied content scraped from external sources without proper authorization or human validation.

4. AdSense, Monetization & Commercial Activity

To comply with Google AdSense and global advertising network guidelines, pages containing user-generated content are actively moderated. Postorie reserves the right to place advertisements adjacent to or within user-published articles. Any attempt to artificially inflate traffic, manipulate click-through rates (invalid traffic), or bypass ad-block/safety filters will result in immediate permanent banning and forfeiture of network standing.

5. International Compliance & GDPR (Europe & Global)

For users residing in the European Union (EU), United Kingdom (UK), and other global jurisdictions, Postorie adheres strictly to data protection regulations (GDPR). You retain the right to request data export or complete account erasure via your account settings or by contacting our compliance desk.

6. Limitation of Liability

Postorie is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted server uptime, instant search indexation timelines by third-party search engines, or permanent data retention. Postorie shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from user-published content or commercial transactions conducted between members.

7. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service periodically to reflect platform upgrades or legal modifications. Continued use of Postorie following any changes constitutes your formal acceptance of the revised terms.
